RESOLUTION NO. 1806 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />AMENDING PENDING LIQUOR PERMIT APPLICATION <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission (hereafter "SBRC ") has recently <br />applied for a Beer, Wine and Liquor Retailer's Permit and a Beer, Wine and Liquor Sunday Sales <br />Permit on behalf of the Morris Performing Arts Center, which application is now pending before the <br />Indiana Alcoholic Beverage Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the SBRC has been advised by the Alcoholic Beverage Commission that it can <br />no longer hold such permit with the present membership composition of the Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Authority is an appropriate City entity to hold <br />these liquor permits. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION that the SBRC's pending application for a Beer, Wine and Liquor Retailer's Permit <br />and Sunday Sales Permit on behalf of the Morris Performing Arts Center be amended to delete the <br />South Bend Redevelopment Commission (SBRC) as the holder of such permits and to substitute in <br />its place the South Bend Redevelopment Authority. <br />Attest: <br />1 <br />SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />Robert W.
