RESOLUTION NO. 1805 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />CONSENTING TO TRANSFER OF LIQUOR PERMIT <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission (hereafter "SBRC ") presently <br />holds Beer, Wine and Liquor Retailer's Permit Number RR7194234 -219 and Supplemental Sunday <br />Sales Permit Number RR7194234 -220 on behalf of the Blackthorn Golf Course, which permits were <br />first issued on September 21, 1994; and <br />WHEREAS, the SBRC has been advised by the Alcoholic Beverage Commission that it can <br />no longer hold such permit with the present membership composition of the Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of South Bend that the Blackthorn Golf <br />Course Alcoholic Beverage permits be transferred to the South Bend Redevelopment Authority, <br />which is also an appropriate City entity to hold such permits. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION that Alcoholic Beverage Permits Numbered RR7194234 -219 and RR7194234 -220 <br />on behalf of Blackthorn Golf Course be transferred to the South Bend Redevelopment Authority, <br />and that the SBRC's consent to such transfer is subject to the approval of the Indiana Alcoholic <br />Beverage Commission and to surrender of these permits on completion of transfer. <br />SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />Robert W.
