South Bend Central Development Area <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2210 determining the <br />Commission's intent to pay certain <br />expenses incurred for local public <br />improvements in or serving the South <br />Bend Central Allocation Area (South Bend <br />Allocation Area No. lA) from the South <br />Bend Central Allocation Area (South Bend <br />Allocation Area No. lA) Special Fund. <br />Mr. Inks noted that Resolution No. 2210 sets <br />the appropriation amount at $6,000,000, <br />which is anot-to-exceed amount. It also <br />authorizes the advertising for a public <br />hearing to be set at 10:00 a.m., January 20, <br />2006. <br />Mr. Inks noted that this is the first of a series <br />of such resolutions on the agenda today, one <br />for each TIF area expected to have funds <br />available to spend. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Mr. King and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2210 <br />determining the Commission's intent to pay <br />certain expenses incurred for local public <br />improvements in or serving the South Bend <br />Central Allocation Area (South Bend <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION N0.2210 <br />DETERMINING THE COMMISSION'S INTENT TO <br />PAY CERTAIN EXPENSES INCURRED FOR LOCAL <br />PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN OR SERVING THE <br />SOUTH BEND CENTRAL ALLOCATION AREA <br />(SOUTH BEND ALLOCATION AREA N0. lA) <br />FROM THE SOUTH BEND CENTRAL ALLOCATION <br />AREA (SOUTH BEND ALLOCATION AREA N0. <br />1 A) SPECIAL FUND. <br />7 <br />
