p� <br /> �...�- �. . <br /> ; <br /> � �`� 4' PERSONNEL AND FINANCE JULY 11, 2011 <br /> �, `_� <br /> Committee Members Present: Oliver Davis; David Varner <br /> Other Council Members Present: Henry Davis; Ann Puzzello; Tim Rouse;AI Kirsits <br /> Others Present: Mayor Steve Luecke; Gregg Zientara; Don Inks; <br /> Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand; Rita Kopala � <br /> Agenda: Bill No. 40-11 —Appropriation Conservatory <br /> Bill No. 41-11 —Appropriation Miracle Park <br /> Bill No. 11-47—Quality Animal Control <br /> Committee Member David Varner called the meeting to order at 4:35 p.m. <br /> Two factors required all three bills on the agenda be continued until July 25, 2011. <br /> First, Mayor Luecke asked the capital appropriations in Bill No. 40-11for the Potawatomi <br /> Conservatory and Bill No. 41-11 for Miracle Park be continued citing better information coming for <br /> the Conservatory and land, revisions for the Park. <br /> Secondly, with three Councilmember's expected to be absent from this evenings meeting, the <br /> Mayor felt it was, best to discuss the proposals before the full Council. <br /> Councilmember Varner took the opportunity to suggest Miracle Park located some where near <br /> Coveleski Stadium to provide a synergistic economic impact for the downtown. <br /> The final item on the agenda Bill No. 11-47 sponsored by Councilmember Varner was also reset <br /> for July 25,2011 at this request. <br /> Committee Member Varner adjourned the meeting at 4:40 p.m. <br /> Respectfully Submitted, <br /> /l f _... �L „ <br /> / <br /> r� <br /> David Varner <br /> Committee Member <br />
