As the city's lease with HDC draws to a <br />close and plans to dispose of the properties develop, bringing these properties into <br />compliance will allow them to be sold. <br />Part I — Preparation of 12 Special Use and multiple Variance Petition for the reconfigured <br />home sites, including preliminary site plans, application forms, notice of public hearing, <br />notice to adjacent owners and representation at Board of Zoning Appeals public hearings <br />and Common Council hearing. Cost for this portion is $3,850 plus filing fees of <br />$550$4600 (Danch Harper is working with the city to reduce filing fees). <br />Part II — Preparation of a 10 -11 Lot Minor Subdivision for the properties, including the <br />preparation of a primary plat, support data sheet, application forms and an adjacent <br />property owners' list of owners within 300 feet of the subdivision boundary. Plat would <br />allow for access to the interior parking lot through an ingress- egress easement and <br />pedestrian easement. Cost for this portion is $4,850 with filing fees of $325. <br />Staff requests approval of this Professional Services Agreement not -to- exceed $13,625 <br />(which includes a maximum of $4600 in Building Department fees) to allow for the services <br />to bring the seven Commission -owned properties into compliance and permit their eventual <br />disposition /sale. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Differencel <br />
