Replace or repair all <br />deteriorated framing members and sheeting. On all areas install 7/16" OSB sheathing over decking to provide <br />level and adequate nailing surface for new roofing, then with new "TITANIUM -UDL" Synthetic Roof <br />Underlayment or approved equal, premium (1 -1/2 ") metal drip edge along all roof edges, appropriate pipe <br />boots and Owens Corning or Cora -Vent brand corrugated vinyl roof ridge vent for proper attic ventilation, <br />needed transition flashing, step and counter flashing at vertical transitions. Install Ice & Water shield along <br />roof eaves and in valleys. Install 235 -240 lb. Oakridge dimensional, or GAF Timberline dimensional or <br />approved equal on all pitched roof surfaces a one ply EPDM rubberized roof system or an approved equal on <br />low slope areas. <br />Cap shingles are to be an exact color match and are to be manufactured by the same company as shingles. <br />Note: Remove all unwanted debris and trash from yard area. <br />Gutters: <br />2 7 /'O Furnish and install new white or brown (to match existing fascia & soffit).027 ga. aluminum <br />seamless gutters and downspouts on home. Gutters and downspouts shall be hung and secured in a manner <br />that effectively carries away storm water. Down spouts shall be installed so all gutters are serviced by at least <br />one. Install minimum 60" downspout extension with elbows at terminal ends of each downspout, all are to <br />extend at least to lawn areas. V On the front facing north /west corner of home, excavate approximately 10 running <br />feet south of corner or dirt down to approximate depth of footing. Remove cement window well and <br />discard and any plantings are to be removed saved. Fill all exposed cracks in foundation with a <br />hydraulic cement then prepare and coat foundation with an exterior below grade elastomeric <br />foundation coating. Replace window well with a new minimum 24" deep well properly sealed and <br />attached to foundation. Back fill and highly compact excavated area, grade is to have a positive slope <br />away from foundation.
