COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Public Hearing <br />(1) Public Hearing on Resolution No. 2907 <br />appropriating tax increment financing <br />revenues from Allocation Area Fund for <br />the payment of certain obligations and <br />expenses related to the West Washington - <br />Chapin Development Area Allocation <br />Area. <br />Ms. Leonard -Inks noted that Resolution <br />No. 2907, appropriates $495,000 from the <br />West Washington- Chapin TIF. The city has <br />$295,000 now, and expects to receive the <br />remaining $200,000 in the end of year <br />distribution. $495,000 is a conservative <br />estimate. The city received $630,000 from <br />the WWCDA TIF in 2010. <br />Mr. Varner asked if the city can expect <br />$630,000 this year. Ms. Leonard -Inks <br />responded that it has fluctuated over the <br />years. <br />4 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CLAIMS <br />SUBMITTED JULY 26, 201 1, AND ORDERED THE <br />CHECKS TO BE RELEASED <br />THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS <br />THERE WAS NO OLD BUSINESS <br />
