Public Hearing <br /> (1) continued... <br /> Resolution No. 218-11 approving the <br /> declaratory resolution of the Redevelopment <br /> Commission; (3) a copy of the South Bend <br /> Common Council Resolution No. 3998-091 <br /> approving the declaratory resolution of the <br /> Redevelopment Commission; (4) a copy of <br /> the Notice of Hearing; (5) a copy of <br /> Resolution No. 2901; (6) and (7) affidavits <br /> from the South Bend Tribune and the Tri- <br /> County News that on June 17, 2011 the <br /> Notice of Hearing was published in those <br /> newspapers; and (8)the mail was checked <br /> just prior to this meeting and 1 written <br /> remonstrance was received related to <br /> Resolution No. 2901. Mr. Inks read the <br /> remonstrance into the record: <br /> June 27, 2011 <br /> To the Redevelopment Commission, <br /> Governing Body of the City of South Bend, <br /> and any other related group or individuals <br /> involved. <br /> I, Wayne Curry,file this remonstrance in <br /> opposition to Resolution No. 2901, The <br /> Northeast Neighborhood Design Guidelines. <br /> I will keep this short and to the point. <br /> To make a list of covenants for all current <br /> and future property owners on and about <br /> land that is not owned by those who wish to <br /> impose these covenants is, in my opinion, a <br /> violation of our individual property rights <br /> and in some cases (such as telling folks what <br /> 12 <br />
