J <br />South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Annual Organizational Meeting — January 5, 2001 <br />3. ELECTION OF OFFICERS (CONT.) <br />PRESIDENT <br />Mr. Caldwell nominated Mr. Robert W. Hunt <br />to serve as President of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. There were no <br />further nominations. The vote being <br />unanimous, Mr. Robert W. Hunt was elected <br />President for 2001. <br />VICE - PRESIDENT <br />Mr. Hunt nominated Ms. Jones to serve as <br />Vice - President of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. There were no <br />further nominations. The vote being <br />unanimous, Ms. Jones was elected Vice - <br />President for 2001. <br />SECRETARY <br />Mr. Hunt nominated Mr. Philip Faccenda to <br />serve as Secretary of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. There were no <br />further nominations. The vote being <br />unanimous, Mr. Faccenda was elected <br />Secretary for 2001. <br />Mr. Hunt assumed the chair. <br />4. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 1822 <br />SETTING MAXIMUM SALARIES FOR <br />2001AND APPOINTMENT OF STAFF. <br />Mr. Inks noted that Resolution No. 1822 sets <br />the maximum salaries for the Redevelopment <br />staff, and appoints the staff. Not everyone <br />receives the maximum salary and not every <br />job classification is filled. <br />-2- <br />
