Public Hearing on Resolution No. 1814 <br />appropriating monies for the purpose of <br />defraying the expenses of certain local <br />public improvements for the fiscal year <br />beginning January 1, 2001, and ending <br />December 31, 2001, including all <br />outstanding claims and obligations, fixing <br />a time when the same shall take effect. <br />(South Bend Central Development Area) <br />Mr. Inks noted that the legal notice for THERE WAS NO PUBLIC HEARING <br />public hearings on Resolution No. 1814 and <br />1815 had not been published in the South <br />Bend Tribune. The public hearings will be <br />rescheduled to February 2, 2001 which is the <br />earliest that proper notice can be given. <br />b. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1814. <br />Item 6.b. was tabled. ITEM 6.13. WAS TABLED. <br />c.
