South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - February 02, 2001 <br />3. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS (CONT.) <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Claims submitted <br />February 02, 2001, and ordered the checks to be <br />released. <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />Mr. Hunt noted that the Second Amendment of <br />Agreement in connection with the Crowe Chizek <br />project would be added to the agenda. There was <br />no objection and item 6.a.a was added. <br />a.a. Commission approval requested for <br />Second Amendment of Agreement in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area. <br />(Crowe Chizek) <br />Ms. Green noted that this is the Second <br />Amendment to the Agreement between <br />Crowe Chizek and the Redevelopment <br />Commission. She noted that this project is a <br />huge undertaking and that there are public <br />and private improvements that need to be <br />made in order to accommodate a more <br />realistic construction schedule. The <br />construction schedule has been revised and <br />the Second Amendment of Agreement <br />provides for that revision. <br />c <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CLAIMS <br />SUBMITTED FEBRUARY 02, 2000, AND <br />ORDERED THE CHECKS TO BE RELEASED <br />THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS <br />THERE WAS NO OLD BUSINESS <br />
