South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - February 16, 2001 <br />3. CLAIMS (CONT.) <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Mr. Caldwell and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Claims submitted <br />February 16, 2001, and ordered the checks to be <br />released. <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Public Hearing on Resolution No. 1827 <br />expanding the boundaries of the Airport <br />Economic Development Area, expanding the <br />Allocation Area for the purpose of tax <br />increment financing and amending the <br />Airport Economic Development Area <br />Development Plan. <br />Mr. Inks noted that the public hearing file has <br />been reviewed by staff and is a complete file. All <br />notices have been published and no <br />remonstrances have been received. <br />Mr. Case explained that Resolution No. 1827 <br />will expand the Airport Economic Development <br />Area TIF and amend the Airport Economic <br />Development Plan. <br />Mr. Hunt opened the Public Hearing on <br />Resolution No. 1827 and asked if there was <br />anyone who wished to speak. There being no <br />one who wished to speak regarding Resolution <br />-3- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CLAIMS <br />SUBMITTED FEBRUARY 16, 2001, AND <br />ORDERED THE CHECKS TO BE RELEASED <br />THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS <br />THERE WAS NO OLD BUSINESS <br />
