South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Special Meeting - February 20, 2001 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Receipt of Bids for property located in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area. (Parts <br />of Parcels C7 -1 and C10 -1) <br />Mr. Inks stated that all legal notices had been <br />published and that as of 8:00 a.m. no bids were <br />received. <br />The property will remain for sale. The staff may <br />negotiate a sale with prospective purchasers after <br />the 30 day waiting period. <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />There were no progress reports. <br />8. NEXT COMMISSION MEETING <br />The next Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment <br />Commission is scheduled for March 02, 2001, at <br />10:00 a.m. <br />9. ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the <br />Redevelopment Commission, Mr. Caldwell made a <br />motion that the meeting be adjourned. Mr. Kahn <br />seconded the motion and the meeting was adjourned <br />at 10:10 a.m. <br />Robert W.
