Commission approval requested for <br />professional services for property located in <br />the Airport Economic Development Area. (Air <br />conditioner service, Blackthorn Golf Course) <br />Mr. Rock explained that the condensation units <br />for the clubhouse are in need of repair. Staff <br />received one proposal from Kaser - Spraker <br />Construction, Inc. in the amount of $2,193 and <br />one proposal from Grott in the amount of $2,300. <br />Staff recommended accepting the proposal from <br />Kaser - Spraker Construction, Inc. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission accepted the proposal from Kaser- <br />Spraker Construction, Inc. for professional <br />services for property located in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. <br />1. Commission approval requested for <br />professional services for property located in <br />the Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(Telephone service, Blackthorn Golf Course) <br />Mr. Rock explained that the telephone service <br />and billing was analyzed at the Blackthorn Golf <br />Clubhouse and found that by changing the <br />regular business lines to Ameritech Centrex <br />service, an annual savings of approximately <br />$4,000 can be expected. An initial cost for <br />installation is $1,444 and service is available for <br />36, 60 or 80 month terms. Staff recommended <br />approving the proposal to change the telephone <br />service with a 60 month term. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the proposal for <br />professional services in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area.
