Commission approval requested for <br />professional services for property located in <br />the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />(Asbestos abatement, Southeast Housing <br />Project) <br />Mr. Mariani explained that the asbestos <br />abatement is part of the required demolition of <br />several properties targeted for removal along <br />Broadway St. in the Southeast Neighborhood to <br />accommodate a new housing development. Staff <br />received one proposal from Grauvogel & <br />Associates for the asbestos abatement in the <br />amount of $1,200.
