Staff report on disposition of property in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />(Northeast corner of Michigan and Ohio - <br />916 South Michigan) (Parcel 33) <br />Mr. Rock requested that this item be tabled. ITEM 6.G. WAS TABLED. <br />There was no objection and item 6.g. was <br />tabled. <br />h. Commission approval requested for Quit <br />Claim Deed for New Hope Full Gospel <br />Church. (Sample -Ewing Development Area) <br />Mr. Schalliol explained that the Quit Claim <br />Deed releases the parcel with tax key number <br />18- 7008 -0306 to the New Hope Full Gospel <br />Church. A prior deed was signed by the church <br />deeding the parcel with tax key number 18- <br />7008 -0290 to the Redevelopment Commission. <br />The Quit Claim Deed corrects an error dating <br />back to July 1995. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn seconded by Mr. COMMISSION APPROVED THE QUIT CLAIM DEED <br />Caldwell and unanimously carried, the FOR NEW HOPE FULL GOSPEL CHURCH. <br />Commission approved the Quit Claim Deed for (SAMPLE -EWING DEVELOPMENT AREA) <br />New Hope Full Gospel Church. (Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area) <br />i. Commission approval requested for Loan <br />and Grant in connection with the Division of <br />Community Development Affordable Loan <br />Program for property located at 1130 <br />Academy Place. (Shawn & Melissa Albright) <br />Mr. Rock noted that the loan is for $4,900. The <br />grant is for $2,029.50. <br />
