The second was from Wightman Petrie, <br />Inc., for $2,400. The staff recommended the <br />Commission accept the proposal from <br />Wightman Petrie, Inc., for a topographic survey <br />of the wetland area for a fee of $2,400. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by Ms. <br />Jones and unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the request for professional services in <br />the Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(Topographic survey for Lot #1 in the <br />Blackthorn Corporate Office Park) <br />f. Commission approval requested for <br />Satisfaction of Obligations and Release of <br />Mortgage for property located at 908 - 908'/2 <br />South Bend Avenue. <br />The document states that the owner, <br />Neighborhood Housing Services of South Bend, <br />Inc., has met all the obligations under the <br />Federal Rental Rehabilitation Program and is <br />entitled to the release of mortgage. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by Ms. <br />Jones and unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Satisfaction of Obligations and <br />Release of Mortgage for property located at <br />908 -908 1/2 South Bend Avenue. <br />g.
