If the property owner <br />is unhappy or dissatisfied with your opinion <br />then, they have the right to file an appeal of your <br />opinion. <br />MR. HUNT: What we are looking for is a <br />motion to either reject or accept the first part of <br />the remonstrance. We need a motion. <br />MS. JONES: I'll move. <br />MR. HUNT: To accept the first part of the <br />remonstrance or reject it? How are you <br />moving? <br />MS. JONES: To reject the first part of the <br />remonstrance. <br />MR. HUNT: Is there a second to that motion? <br />MR. KAHN: Second. <br />MR. HUNT: We have a second to reject the first <br />part of the remonstrance. All in favor say <br />Aye'. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by Mr. <br />Kahn and unanimously carried, the Commission <br />rejected the first part of the remonstrance, that <br />being the issue of blight.
