GREENE (Continued...)
This constitutes a remonstrance that the
Commission needs to deal with.
The Commission needs to take action on those
two remonstrances that are filed today.
MR. HUNT: Did you wish to add something
Mr. Wozniak?
MR. WOZNIAK: Your Honor, in consultation
with my client, we will withdraw our
remonstrance on this matter at this time.
MR. HUNT: Thank you. Then [to Ms. Greene]
we don't need to deal with this remonstrance at
this time.
MS. GREENE: That's right, you don't need to
deal with that one.
MR. HUNT: Is there anyone else from the
public wishing to speak to this matter? If not,
we'll close the public portion of the hearing and
open the Commission portion.
Are there any questions from the
Commissioners?
Mr. Masters does your client have specific
development plans for that property?
MR. MASTERS: He has. First of all, to
supplement what Ms. Greene said, his lease on
the property gives him the option to purchase.
24
