The third was from Appraisal <br />Specialists in the amount of $2,735. The staff <br />recommended the Commission accept the <br />proposals for appraisal work from FM Stone <br />Commercial and Appraisal Specialists. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by Mr. <br />Faccenda and unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the proposals from FM Stone Commercial <br />and Appraisal Specialists for professional services <br />in the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />(Appraisals - Area 6) <br />o. Commission approval requested for professional <br />services in the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />(Title work - Areas 3 -6) <br />Two proposals were submitted for title work in <br />Areas 3 -6. The first was from Metropolitan Title <br />Company for a fee of $6,475. The second was from <br />Meridian Title Corporation. Meridian Title <br />Corporation bid strictly on the title search, but did <br />not include the owners policies which will be <br />provided at a later time at additional cost. Meridian <br />Title's proposal for the searches only was $1,850 <br />The staff recommended the Commission accept the <br />proposal from Meridian Title Corporation. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by Mr. <br />Faccenda and unanimously carried, the Commission <br />accepted the proposal from Meridian Title <br />Corporation for professional services in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area.
