South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting November 2, 2001 <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded by Ms. <br />Jones and unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Claims submitted November 2, 2001, <br />and ordered the checks to be released. <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Tax Abatements <br />B. Housing <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />Loan and Grant in accordance with <br />the Affordable Loan Program for <br />property located at 902 Bruce Street. <br />(Richard P. Burnowski) <br />Mr. Inks noted that the loan is for $2,200 <br />due upon sale with an interest rate of <br />0 %. The grant is for $7,500. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />seconded by Mr. Caldwell and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Loan and Grant in <br />accordance with the Affordable Loan <br />Program for property located at 902 <br />Bruce Street.
