South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting— November 16, 2001 <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS (CONT.) <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by Mr. <br />Faccenda and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the proposal from <br />Holladay Property Services to rent the parking <br />lot at 215 South Main Street. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Tax Abatements <br />(1) There were no tax abatements. <br />B. Housing <br />(1) Commission approval requested for Loan <br />and Grant in accordance with the <br />Affordable Loan Program for property <br />located at 2011 High Street. (Alice P. & <br />Marvin Mangus) <br />Mr. Inks noted that the loan is for $6,950 to <br />be repaid in the amount of $91.83 per month <br />for 84 months with an interest rate of 3 %. <br />The grant is for $4514.50. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Loan and Grant <br />in accordance with the Affordable Loan <br />Program for property located at 2011 High <br />Street.
