South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Annual Organizational Meeting —January 2, 2002 <br />4. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 1858 <br />SETTING MAXIMUM SALARIES FOR <br />2002 AND APPOINTMENT OF STAFF. <br />Mr. Rock noted that Resolution No. 1858 sets <br />the maximum salaries for the Redevelopment <br />staff and appoints the staff. He noted that not <br />everyone receives the maximum salary and not <br />every job classification is filled. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones seconded by Mr. <br />Faccenda and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission adopted Resolution No. 1858 <br />setting maximum salaries for Redevelopment <br />Staff and appointment of the Redevelopment <br />staff. <br />5. SET REGULAR MEETING TIMES <br />FOR 2002. <br />Ms. Greene noted for the record that the <br />attachment to the Notice of Regular Meetings <br />included January 4 as a meeting date, however <br />there will be no meeting on January 4. The <br />meeting scheduled for January 4 was <br />rescheduled to follow the current meeting. The <br />attachment to the Notice must be amended <br />accordingly. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Caldwell seconded by <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Regular Meetings of the Redevelopment <br />Commission for 2002 were set for the 1 st and <br />3rd Friday of each month at 10:00 a.m. local <br />time per the Notice of Regular Meetings as <br />ammended. <br />-3- <br />COMMISSION ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. 1858 <br />SETTING MAXIMUM SALARIES FOR <br />REDEVELOPMENT STAFF FOR 2002 AND <br />APPOINTMENT OF THE REDEVELOPMENT STAFF. <br />COMMISSION SET REGULAR MEETING TIMES FOR <br />2002. <br />
