Airport Economic Development Area <br />(5) continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Ms. Roemer and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the proposal from <br />Easy Picker Golf Products in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. (Provide <br />New Ball Washer for Blackthorn Golf <br />Course) <br />(6) Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(Improvements to the interior of <br />Blackthorn Clubhouse) <br />Mr. Rock noted that the golf course staff <br />wishes to purchase new fixtures and <br />mannequins for the pro shop. Three <br />proposals were received. The three quotes <br />are as follows: <br />Newood Display Fixture $2,263.50 <br />Lundia Shelving $2,667.40 <br />Wittek Golf Supply $2,827.70 <br />The staff recommends accepting the <br />proposal from Newood for $2,263.50. <br />Mr. Hunt inquired if the Commission did <br />the original fixturing of the retail shop. <br />Mr. Rock explained that the original <br />fixtures were owned by Jack Quimby who <br />has now retired. <br />25 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE PROPOSAL FROM <br />EASY PICKER GOLF PRODUCTS IN THE AIRPORT <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AREA.
