Sample -Ewing Development Area <br />(10) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1879 approving the <br />fair re -use value of property in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />Mr. Schalliol reported that Resolution <br />No. 1879 sets the fair re -use value of <br />property in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area for a parcel labeled <br />the Sample -Olive Industrial Area. The <br />disposition parcel size is approximately <br />70.95 acres. The minimum purchase <br />price per acre is $32,500 and the <br />proposed re -use is warehousing and <br />distribution. <br />Ms. Greene explained that because of a <br />very short time table on the project, the <br />Commission is addressing acquisition <br />and disposition at the same time. <br />Mr. Shalliol advised the disposition price <br />had been reviewed by appraisers and was <br />set above the average of the two <br />appraisals. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Roemer, <br />seconded by Ms. Jones and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved <br />Resolution No. 1879 approving the fair <br />re -use value of property in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area.
