Richard Ellis for <br />management of the Oliver Plow <br />property. <br />Ms. Kolata reported on the proposal <br />from CB Richard Ellis for management <br />of the Oliver Plow Works property. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that this proposal was <br />an addendum to the management <br />agreement we currently have in place. <br />The proposal would be for six months <br />with the ability to extend it for <br />additional months if necessary. <br />Services provided will include: twice a <br />week walkthrough inspections of the <br />office building; drive by of the other <br />15 <br />
