Mr. Rock explained that <br />this particular filtration product is <br />patented and available from only one <br />company in the country. The installation <br />will be completed in- house. This <br />expenditure was approved in the capital <br />improvement budget for the golf course. <br />Staff recommends accepting the <br />proposal from BunkerNet, Inc. in the <br />amount of $1,710.00. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Roemer, <br />seconded by Ms. Jones and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved the <br />proposal from BunkerNet, Inc. in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(Provide synthetic bunker erosion <br />control) <br />(4) Commission approval requested for <br />Grant of Easement in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. (B. W. <br />Business Park, LLC) <br />Mr. Case reported that the easement is <br />for landscape and signage purposes <br />within the Blackthorn West Business <br />Park and is located on the northwest <br />corner of Vorden Drive and Olive Road. <br />It was noted by Mr. Case that receipt of <br />the easement fulfills a contractual <br />obligation between the grantor (B. W. <br />Business Park, LLC) and the City of <br />South Bend. <br />10 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE PROPOSAL FROM <br />BUNKERNET, INC. IN THE AIRPORT ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA.
