It could, <br />however, be moved which would not solve <br />the problem of deterioration. <br />Ms. Jones asked if Tri-M Construction had <br />previous experience in the rehabilitation of <br />historic homes. <br />Mr. Mariani replied that they do have prior <br />experience. <br />Recent and past photos of the house and site <br />were circulated for viewing. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Ms. Roemer and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the proposal for <br />rehabilitation services in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. (Wenger Homestead - <br />Local & National Historic Landmark <br />Property, 701 Pennsylvania Avenue) <br />E. Airport Economic Development Area <br />(1) Staff report on disposition of property in <br />the Airport Economic Development Area. <br />Mr. Rock reported on a bid submitted by <br />developer Steve Cooreman for the purchase <br />and development of property owned by the <br />Commission and commonly known as the <br />"Dale Park 19 Acres" in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. The property <br />consists of approximately 19 acres and the <br />5 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE PROPOSAL FOR <br />REHABILITATION SERVICES IN THE SAMPLE - <br />EWING DEVELOPMENT AREA.
