Airport Economic Development Area <br />(1) continued... <br />approximately 1,900 linear feet of gas lines <br />down Vorden Parkway. This service is <br />required for the construction of the new <br />Tech Data facility. The cost associated with <br />the completion of the project is $11,373. <br />Mr. Case noted that once NIPSCO receives <br />an amount equal to 36 times the estimated <br />monthly revenue of the customers connected <br />to the new utility line, the cost to construct <br />the line will be reimbursed to the City. <br />NIPSCO has estimated that it will take <br />approximately three years for the City to <br />receive full reimbursement. <br />Upon p motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Ms. Roemer and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Agreement with <br />Northern Indiana Public Service Company <br />for Extension of Facilities to Supply Gas <br />Service to Developments in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. (Blackthorn <br />West Business Park) <br />E. South Bend Medical Services District <br />There was no business in the South Bend <br />Medical Services District. <br />F. West Washington- Chapin Development Area <br />There was no business in the West Washington - <br />Chapin Development Area. <br />L <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE AGREEMENT WITH <br />NORTHERN INDIANA PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY <br />FOR EXTENSION OF FACILITIES TO SUPPLY GAS <br />SERVICE TO DEVELOPMENTS IN THE AIRPORT <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AREA. <br />(BLACKTHORN WEST BUSINESS PARK) <br />THERE WAS NO BUSINESS IN THE SOUTH BEND <br />MEDICAL SERVICES DISTRICT. <br />THERE WAS NO BUSINESS IN THE WEST <br />WASHINGTON -CHAPIN DEVELOPMENT AREA. <br />
