Sample -Ewing Development Area <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1918 related to <br />acquisition of property in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area by eminent <br />domain. <br />Mr. Schalliol reported that in July 2001 <br />several properties in the southeast <br />neighborhood area were added to the <br />acquisition list in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. Resolution No. 1918 <br />sets the fair market value for seven separate <br />properties, owned by five parties.
