A A South Bend Redevelopment Commission Regular Meeting— November 15, 2002 6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) C. South Bend Central Development Area (3) continued... Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded by Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the Commission approved the proposals from Jerome E. Michaels and R. E. Pitts for professional services in the South Bend Central Development Area. (Appraisal services, Main and Jefferson project) (4) Commission approval requested for proposal for professional services in the South Bend Central Development Area. (Appraisal work at 416 S. Main, Franny's Restaurant) Mr. Mathia reported that five proposals were requested for appraisal services for property located at 416 S. Main Street, commonly known as Franny's Restaurant. Three responses were received and the proposals are as follows: R. E. Pitts & Associates $2,750 Jerome E. Michaels, MAI $2,500 R. E. McCloskey & Assoc. $1,500 Two proposals are required for appraisal work and staff recommends accepting the proposals from Jerome E. Michaels and R. E. McCloskey & Associates in the amounts of $2,500 and $1,500 respectively. Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded by Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the Commission approved the proposals from Jerome E. Michaels and R. E. McCloskey & Associates for professional services in the 7 COMMISSION APPROVED THE PROPOSALS FROM JEROME E. MICHAELS AND R. E.
