South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting— November 15, 2002 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Public Hearing <br />(1) Public Hearing <br />Mr. Hunt opened the Public Hearing on <br />Resolution No. 1919 and asked if there was <br />anyone who wished to speak. There being <br />no one who wished to speak regarding <br />Resolution No. 1919, Mr. Hunt closed the <br />Public Hearing for whatever action the <br />Commission wished to take. <br />(2) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1919. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1919 <br />ILdetermining to pay certain expenses incurred <br />in the Sample -Ewing Development Area <br />from Fund 433, The Redevelopment General <br />Fund. <br />B. Housing <br />(1) Commission approval requested for Loan <br />and Grant in accordance with the <br />Affordable Loan Program for property <br />located at 749 S. Gladstone Avenue. <br />(Evelyn B. Allender) <br />Mr. Inks noted that the amount of the loan is <br />$7,950 and the amount of the grant is <br />$7,500. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Loan and Grant <br />in accordance with the Affordable Loan <br />Program for property located at <br />749 S. Allender) <br />4 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. 1919 <br />DETERMINING TO PAY CERTAIN EXPENSES <br />INCURRED IN THE SAMPLE -EWING <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA FROM FUND 433, THE <br />REDEVELOPMENT GENERAL FUND. <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE LOAN AND GRANT <br />IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AFFORDABLE LOAN <br />PROGRAM FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />749 S.
