OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Public Hearing <br />(1) Public Hearing on Resolution No. 1919 <br />determining to pay certain expenses <br />incurred in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area from Fund 433, The <br />Redevelopment General Fund. <br />Mr. Rock reported that Resolution No. 1919 <br />appropriates monies from Fund 433, The <br />Redevelopment General Fund, in the amount <br />of $40,000. <br />Ms. Greene noted that Fund 433 is <br />comprised of revenues from miscellaneous <br />service contracts as well as funds received <br />from land sales. The funds being <br />appropriated pursuant to Resolution <br />No. 1919 come only from contract proceeds, <br />not from land sale proceeds. <br />Mr. Inks advised that the public hearing file <br />was complete and requested the following <br />items be entered into the record: A copy of <br />the Notice of Hearing and affidavits from <br />the South Bend Tribune and the Tri- County <br />News that the Notice of Public Hearing was <br />published in those newspapers on <br />November 1, 2002. <br />THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS. <br />THERE WAS NO OLD BUSINESS. <br />
