South Bend Central Development Area <br />(1) Filing of Resolution No. 1930 <br />appropriating monies for the purpose of <br />defraying the expenses of certain local <br />public improvements for the fiscal year <br />beginning January 1, 2002 and ending <br />December 31, 2002, including all <br />outstanding claims and obligations, fixing <br />a time when the same shall take effect and <br />setting a public hearing for Monday, <br />December 30, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. <br />Mr. Rock reported that the monies, in the <br />amount of $11,000, are reimbursements <br />from the South Bend Central Development <br />Area TIF for the expenses of the South Bend <br />Central Development Area Building <br />Operations Budget —Fund 424 which <br />includes the Wayne Street Garage, Wayne <br />Street Garage Retail Space and the Palais <br />Royale Retail Spaces. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission accepted for filing Resolution <br />No. 1930 and set a public hearing on <br />Resolution No. 1930 for 10:00 a.m., <br />December 30, 2002 at a Special Meeting of <br />the Redevelopment Commission. <br />(2) Commission approval requested for <br />11 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE SATISFACTION OF <br />OBLIGATIONS AND RELEASE OF MORTGAGE FOR <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1526 WEBSTER. <br />(DANIEL J.
