RESOLUTION NO. � � L 3 � � ( <br /> A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE ADOPTION OF A <br /> DECLARATORY RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CERTAIN AREAS <br /> WITHIN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, COMMONLY <br /> KNOWN AS <br /> 4411 QUALITY DRIVE <br /> AS AN ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION AREA FOR <br /> PURPOSES OF A SIX (6) YEAR REAL <br /> PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT FOR <br /> GVW REALTY, LLC <br /> WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, has <br /> adopted a Declaratory Resolution designating certain areas within the City as Economic <br /> Revitalization Areas for the purpose of tax abatement consideration; and <br /> WHEREAS, a Declaratory Resolution designated the area located at 4411 Quality <br /> Drive and which is more particularly described as follows: <br /> 71-03-19-126-002.000-0 09 <br /> Lot numbered One(1) as shown on the recorded Plat of Hayes Olive <br /> Road Minor Subdivision,recorded July 17, 2000 as Document <br /> Number 0033926 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, <br /> Indiana. and <br /> 71-03-19-126-001.000-009 <br /> Lot numbered Twenty A (20A) as shown on the recorded Plat of <br /> Landmark Business Park, Section 7, recorded October 19, 1992 as <br /> Document Number 9238271 in the Office of the Recorder of St. <br /> Joseph County. <br /> and which has Key Numbers 71-03-19-126-002.000-009 and 71-03-19-126-001.000-009 <br /> presently at this point in time,be designated as an Economic Revitalization Area; and <br /> WHEREAS, petitioner has agreed to and has accepted responsibility to report any <br /> changes in the final legal description and to report the final, appropriate Key Number to <br /> the Department of Community and Economic Development and to the Office of the City <br /> Clerk; and <br />
