Sample -Ewing Development Area <br />(1) continued... <br />Mr. Schalliol explained we need to <br />secure a boundary and topographic <br />survey for the United Drive relocation <br />project, a street vacation for a portion of <br />United Drive and Chapin Street, a <br />release of utility easements, a drainage <br />plan, primary plat and other documents <br />related to a major subdivision, a final <br />subdivision plat, and a boundary legal <br />description for the subdivision plat. <br />Dansch Hamer & Associates has <br />submitted a proposal for the work at a <br />cost not to exceed $32,500. Staff <br />ILrecommends accepting the proposal. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded <br />by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the request <br />for professional services in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area and <br />authorized staff to retain Dansch Hamer <br />& Associates based on the scope of <br />services and fee proposed. in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />(United Drive project.) <br />E. Airport Economic Development Area <br />There was no business in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. <br />F.
