RESOLUTION NO. `-( l(Z-� � A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND DESIGNATING CERTAIN AREAS WITHIN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, COMMONLY KNOWN AS 4411 QUALITY DRIVE AN ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION AREA FOR PURPOSES OF A SIX (6) YEAR REAL PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT FOR GVW REALTY, LLC WHEREAS, a petition for real property tax abatement has been filed with the City Clerk for consideration by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana requesting that the area located at 4411 Quality Drive which is more particularly described as follows: 71-03-19-126-002.000-0 09 Lot numbered One (1) as shown on the recorded Plat of Hayes Olive Road Minor Subdivision,recorded July 17, 2000 as Document Number 0033926 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana. 71-03-19-126-001.000-009 Lot numbered Twenty A (20A) as shown on the recorded Plat of Landmark Business Park, Section 7,recorded October 19, 1992 as Document Number 9238271 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County. And which has Key Numbers 71-03-19-126-002.000-009 and 71-03-19-126-001.000-009 presently at this point in time, be designated as an Economic Revitalization Area under the provisions of Indiana Code § 6-1.1-12.1 et se�c., and South Bend Municipal Code Sections 2-76 et se�c., and; WHEREAS, petitioner has agreed to and has accepted responsibility to report any changes in the final legal description and to report the final, appropriate Key Number to the Department of Community and Economic Development and to the Office of the City Clerk; and WHEREAS, the Department of Community and Economic Development has concluded an investigation and prepared a report with information sufficient for the Common Council to determine that the area qualifies as an Economic Revitalization Area
