South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting — February 7, 2003 <br />3. CLAIMS (CONT.) <br />Mr. Inks advised that the $651,560.21 in Fund 324 <br />is related to the Bosch Project and Fund 427 is the <br />bond fund related to the TJX Project. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Claims submitted <br />February 7, 2003 and ordered the checks to be <br />released. <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Public Hearings <br />(1) Public Hearing on Resolution <br />No. 1941 approving a supplemental <br />appropriation resolution of the City <br />of South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission. (South Bend Central <br />Development Area) <br />Mr. Rock reported that Resolution <br />No. 1941 appropriates $5,297,268 for <br />the downtown TIF. <br />Mr. Inks advised that the Public <br />Hearing file is complete and requested <br />the following items be entered into the <br />record: (1) Affidavits from the Tri <br />County News and South Bend Tribune <br />that the Notice of Public Hearing was <br />G <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CLAIMS SUBMITTED <br />FEBRUARY 7, 2003, AND ORDERED THE CHECKS <br />TO BE RELEASED. <br />THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS. <br />THERE WAS NO OLD BUSINESS. <br />
