South Bend Central Development Area <br />(continued...) <br />(2) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1954 a resolution of <br />the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission establishing its intent to <br />reimburse certain preliminary costs <br />from the proceeds of bonds. <br />Mr. Inks reported that Resolution <br />No. 1954 is in anticipation of a TIF <br />bond issue being executed for <br />downtown improvements and will <br />allow the Commission to proceed with <br />the Sycamore Street property <br />acquisitions. The resolution <br />k establishes the Commission's intent to <br />utilize bond proceeds to reimburse <br />certain costs should a bond be required <br />for financing in the future. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded <br />by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved Resolution <br />No. 1954 a resolution of the South <br />Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />establishing its intent to reimburse <br />certain preliminary costs from the <br />proceeds of bonds. <br />(3) Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services in <br />the South Bend Central <br />Development Area.
