Tax Abatements <br />(1) continued... <br />Mr. Bruce Yerry distributed a handout to the <br />Commission which highlighted the project <br />and included elevation drawings for the <br />ILI building, exterior landscaping designs, site <br />development notes, architectural notes and <br />general notes. The basement area of 10,500 <br />sq ft will provide space for education <br />purposes. The first floor of the building will <br />contain a cafe, child care area, kitchen, <br />dining room and chapel. The second floor <br />will be housing units for persons first <br />entering the Family Life Center. The third <br />floor will house entire families with male <br />heads -of- households. Finally, the fourth <br />floor will become an area for single women <br />and women with children. <br />Mr. Hunt asked if the Life Center is all <br />family oriented, or for single women also. <br />Mr. Yerry responded that the Family Life <br />Center will be for both single women and <br />families.
