Public Hearings <br />(5) continued... <br />February 21, 2003, copies of the Notice of <br />Public Hearing were sent to the affected <br />property owners and registered <br />neighborhood associations; (3) A copy of the <br />Notice of Hearing; (4) A copy of Resolution <br />1958; and (5) As of 10:00 a.m. this morning, <br />no written remonstrances were received. <br />Mr. Schalliol reported that Resolution <br />No. 1958 adds Lot 2 of the Ameriplex Olive <br />Road Minor Subdivision, which is Tax Key <br />No. 25- 1011 - 0187.09, to the acquisition list <br />of the Airport Economic Development Area <br />Development Plan. It is a two acre piece of <br />property that will in the future facilitate a <br />larger development on the northeast corner <br />of Cleveland Road and Olive Road. <br />Mr. Hunt asked if Lot 2 is adjacent to the <br />residential property line. <br />Mr. Schalliol responded that there is no <br />frontage on Olive directly. The acquisition <br />is necessary for the future development and <br />consistent with the long term goals of the <br />Airport area. <br />Mr. Hunt opened the Public Hearing on <br />Resolution No. 1958 and asked if there was <br />anyone who wished to speak. There being <br />no one who wished to speak regarding <br />Resolution No. 1958, Mr. Hunt closed the <br />Public Hearing for whatever action the <br />Commission wished to take. <br />„� 11 <br />PUBLIC HEARING oN RESOLUTION NO. 1958. <br />
