Airport Economic Development Area <br />(6) continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Contract For Sale <br />Of Land For Private Development and the <br />Quit Claim Deed, subject to no material <br />changes made within the Deed, with The <br />Cooreman Real Estate Group, Inc. <br />(7) Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(Appraisal work, 23953 Brick Road) <br />Mr. Williams reported three (3) proposals <br />for appraisal work were requested and two <br />(2) quotes were received. The property is <br />located at 23953 Brick Road in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. The <br />proposals were as follows: <br />Jerome E. Michaels, MAI $1,500 <br />R. E. Pitts & Associates $2,250 <br />Two appraisals are required and staff <br />recommends accepting the proposals from <br />Jerome E. Michaels, MAI and R. E. Pitts & <br />Associates in the amounts of $1,500 and <br />$2,250 respectively. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Blake, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the request for <br />professional services in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area and <br />authorized staff to retain Jerome E. <br />21 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CONTRACT FOR <br />SALE OF LAND FOR PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT <br />AND THE QUIT CLAIM DEED, SUBJECT TO NO <br />MATERIAL CHANGES MADE WITHIN THE DEED, <br />WITH THE COOREMAN REAL ESTATE GROUP, <br />INC. <br />
