Airport Economic Development Area <br />(4) continued... <br />Mr. Rock advised that the public hearing file <br />related to Resolution No. 1966 was <br />complete and requested the following items <br />be entered into the record: (1) Affidavits <br />from the Tri County News and South Bend <br />Tribune that the Notice of Public Hearing <br />was published in those newspapers on <br />February 28, 2003. <br />Mr. Faccenda opened the Public Hearing PUBLIC HEARING <br />concerning appropriation of proceeds of the <br />South Bend Redevelopment District Tax <br />Increment Revenue Bonds, Series 2003 and <br />asked if there was anyone who wished to <br />speak. There being no one from the public <br />who wished speak, Mr. Faccenda closed the <br />Public Hearing for whatever action the <br />Commission wished to take. <br />(5) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1966 appropriating the <br />proceeds (including investment earnings <br />thereon) of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment District Tax Increment <br />Revenue Bonds, Series 2003, to be applied <br />to the cost of property acquisition, <br />redevelopment and economic <br />development in or serving the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Blake, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1966 <br />appropriating the proceeds (including <br />investment earnings thereon) of the South <br />IL Bend Redevelopment District Tax Increment <br />Revenue Bonds, Series 2003, to be applied <br />19 <br />
