Housing <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />Subordination Agreement between the <br />City of South Bend on behalf of its <br />Bureau of Housing and Richard III and <br />Genoab Johnson. (1139 N. Johnson) <br />Mr. Rock reported that the Subordination <br />Agreement is related to a mortgage executed <br />by Richard Johnson, III and Genoah Johnson <br />through the Bureau of Housing. The address <br />is 1139 N. Johnson Street, South Bend, <br />Indiana. The Commission, on behalf of the <br />Bureau of Housing, will be agreeing to <br />subordinate its interest in the mortgage to <br />CitiFinancial Mortgage Company, Inc. in the <br />amount of $6,200. The property are Lots <br />ILI Numbered 108 and 109 as shown on the <br />recorded Plat of Mayr's Michigan Avenue <br />Addition to the City of South Bend. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Subordination <br />Agreement between the City of South Bend <br />on behalf of its Bureau of Housing and <br />Richard III and Genoah Johnson.
