Sample -Ewing Development Area <br />(3) continued.... <br />aspects of the site development. <br />► All proposals must conform to the <br />Design Guidelines for the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />► Any on -site parking located in front of <br />the building will require special <br />landscaping treatment. <br />► Any portion of the site not used for <br />buildings, streets, parking, <br />loading/staging areas or driveways shall <br />be planted and maintained as a <br />landscaped area. <br />► All provisions of the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Plan must be met. <br />Staff recommends approval of the Bid <br />Specifications and Design Considerations. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the request for Bid <br />Specifications and Design Considerations <br />for property located in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area, subject to the <br />acquisition closing on one (1) of the <br />included parcels on Tuesday, April 22, 2003 <br />at 8:30 a.m. (East Sample Street Properties) <br />(4) Commission authorization requested to <br />publish the Notice for Disposition of Land <br />with publication dates of April 25, 2003 <br />and May 2, 2003 and Receipt of Bids at <br />10:00 a.m. on May 16, 2003.
