Sample -Ewing Development Area <br />(2) continued.... <br />The proposed re -uses for the site are retail - <br />commercial, general commercial, retail - <br />industrial, light industrial or office - <br />commercial. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1970 <br />approving the fair re -use value of property in <br />the Sample -Ewing Development Area, <br />subject to the acquisition closing on one (1) <br />of the included parcels on Tuesday, <br />April 22, 2003 at 8:30 a.m. (East Sample <br />Street Properties, southeast corner of East <br />IL Sample Street and Carroll Street) <br />(3) Commission approval requested for Bid <br />Specifications and Design Considerations <br />for property located in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. (East Sample Street <br />Properties) <br />Mr. Schalliol noted that the Bid <br />Specifications and Design Considerations <br />for the disposition of the East Sample Street <br />Properties outline the uses and development <br />requirements for the site: <br />All offers must meet the minimum price <br />of $71,500. <br />The site purchase must include all .854 <br />acres being bid. <br />All proposals for the development of the <br />disposition parcel must include a basic <br />site plan and a project timeline detailing <br />L <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. 1970 <br />APPROVING THE FAIR RE -USE VALUE OF <br />PROPERTY IN THE SAMPLE -EWING <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA, SUBJECT TO THE <br />ACQUISITION CLOSING ON ONE (1) OF THE <br />INCLUDED PARCELS ON TUESDAY, APRIL 22, <br />2003 AT 8:30 A.M.
