South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting —June 6, 2003 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Public Hearing <br />(1) continued.... <br />Mr. Rock asked that the following items be <br />entered into the public record: (1) A copy of <br />Resolution No. 1973; (2) A copy of the <br />Notice of Hearing on Resolution No. 1973; <br />(3) Affidavits from the South Bend Tribune <br />and the Tri- County News that the Notice of <br />Hearing was published in those newspapers <br />on May 23, 2003; (4) A memo from Owen <br />Rock stating that neighborhood <br />organizations and interested parties were <br />sent a copy of the Notice of Hearing on May <br />28, 2003; (5) There was 1 written <br />remonstrance received regarding Resolution <br />No. 1973. <br />Ms. Greene noted that the one (1) written <br />remonstrance is a letter from Mr. James <br />Masters, attorney for the Emmett McNease <br />Revocable Living Trust. The remonstrance <br />is timely and is incorporated into the minutes <br />of the meeting: <br />June 5, 2003 <br />Robert W.
