South Bend Central Development Area <br />(5) continued... <br />Mr. Williams reported that the <br />2nd Amendment to the Management <br />Agreement brings the practice, as spelled out <br />in the original agreement with CB Richard <br />Ellis, more into line with the way it actually <br />is. Earlier this year, an auditor in the Office <br />of the State Board of Accounts uncovered a <br />discrepancy and requested a language <br />change so that the relationship between the <br />Commission, as owner, and the management <br />entity be clarified. Staff recommends <br />approval. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the 2nd Amendment <br />to Commercial Property Management <br />Agreement with CB Richard Ellis. <br />(Michigan Street Shops /Courtyard) <br />(6) Commission approval requested for the <br />Downtown South Bend Rotary Club to <br />paint "City Landmark" murals on the <br />northwest and southeast corners of the <br />Wayne Street Parking Garage. <br />Mr. Williams reported that the South Bend <br />Rotary Club has offered to paint murals, <br />which will utilize a characteristic design to <br />denote a City landmark.or City tie, outside <br />of the elevators on the northwest and <br />southwest corners of the Wayne Street <br />Garage as a beautification project to enhance <br />the appearance of the garage.
