(kitchen air conditioner) <br />Mr. Rock reported that the air conditioner in <br />the kitchen area of the Blackthorn <br />Clubhouse has ceased working. Three <br />quotes were received with two scenarios in <br />each quote: (1) to repair the current cooling <br />system with a one -year warranty on the <br />compressor, and (2) to replace the entire <br />cooling system with a five year compressor <br />warranty. Blackthorn Golf Course has not <br />spent all budgeted capital improvement <br />funds for this year. Staff recommends <br />replacing the cooling system and securing <br />the five year compressor warranty. The <br />three proposals received are as follows: <br />17 <br />
