South Bend Central Development Area <br />(4) continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission found that the offering price is <br />appropriate and reasonable and accepted the <br />offer price for properties located in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area, and <br />further authorized expenditures to Meridian <br />Title Corporation for title insurance and <br />authorized Legal Counsel to complete <br />negotiations for Contract for Sale of Land. <br />(Crescent Avenue Properties - Parcels 1, 2 <br />and 3) <br />(5) Receipt and opening of bids in connection <br />with property located in the South Bend <br />IL Central Development Area. <br />(348 Columbia & associated property - <br />Former AEC Building) <br />Mr. Mathia advised that no bids were <br />received on the property. <br />It was noted by Ms. Greene that no action <br />was required by the Commission. <br />E. Sample -Ewing Development Area <br />There was no business in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />F. Airport Economic Development Area <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2003 amending <br />Resolution No. 1830 entitled <br />13 <br />COMMISSION FOUND THAT THE OFFERING PRICE <br />IS APPROPRIATE AND REASONABLE AND <br />ACCEPTED THE OFFER PRICE FOR PROPERTIES <br />LOCATED IN THE SOUTH BEND CENTRAL <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA, AND FURTHER <br />AUTHORIZED EXPENDITURES TO MERIDIAN TITLE <br />CORPORATION FOR TITLE INSURANCE AND <br />AUTHORIZED LEGAL COUNSEL TO COMPLETE <br />NEGOTIATIONS FOR CONTRACT FOR SALE OF <br />LAND.
